Septic Repair Loan Program Features

- Loan amounts up to $25,000
- Flexible underwriting guidelines; no appraisal required
- Loans serviced by MassHousing
Eligibility
To be eligible for a Septic Repair Loan, borrowers must
- Be the owner-occupant of a 1- to 4-family home, including condominiums
- Meet income eligibility limits
Additional Features
- Closing costs may be rolled into the loan
- Project must be completed within six months of closing
